• Building Surveys - a comprehensive report on all parts of a building that can be observed, complete with a photographic record of any defects found.
• List of principal defects - a 'slimmed down' and therefore less expensive version of the structural survey, concentrating on main features only.
• Home Buyer/Condition Report - an inexpensive inspection report designed by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. More detailed that a mortgage valuation but less expensive that a Building Survey.
